The electro-mechanical spring brake Lift series is an DC brake built in accordance with EN81-20 for the lift sector. The purpose of the brake is to ensure the static positioning of the transmission system shaft during the opening/closing phases of the system doors. The design of the brake is based on a central magnetic system, held in position by the brake adjusters. A pair of anchors, which operate separately on the brake discs, allows a double safety of the system. The reference torque value is that developed by the individual brake disc.
